My work spans energy, infrastructure and international business development, with a focus on the relationships and operating arrangements needed to move a venture forward.

I am Co-Founder and Executive Director of R2E and previously served as its Global CEO. My current remit centres on Serbia, developing manufacturing relationships, commercial partnerships and routes to market. I am also a director of Core Energy Group, which is developing two distinct proprietary technologies for energy markets, each through a separate company.

My contribution sits where strategy meets execution: bringing people together, defining responsibilities, developing commercial proposals and turning discussions into practical next steps.

Working across borders means understanding how a partnership will operate locally as well as what it could achieve internationally. A clear customer need, a credible commercial model and disciplined delivery are central to that work.
